Learning Circle: Resolving conflict – Strategies and toolbox with Caroline Nicholas, Héliotropes
- 05 May 2025
- 3:00 pm
Location
During this half-day workshop (4 hours), we will focus on two strategies that will enable you to understand the circumstances that define a conflict (the ‘why’).
We’ll then look at three practical tools to help you master when and which factors to focus on when you’re involved in a conflict (the ‘what’).
Finally, we’ll look at a decision-making technique that will enable you to choose how to act methodically to get out of the conflict effectively and as quickly as possible (the ‘how’).
Some elements of interpersonal communication and emotional management will punctuate an agenda focused on practical and concrete issues.
This workshop will be moderated by Caroline Nicolas, Doctor of Psychology, Family and Business Counselling, Héliotropes.
This Learning Circle will be held in French.
