On August 31st, our members had the unique opportunity to connect and exchange thoughts in a uniquely beautiful setting.
Nicole von Graffenried, Stephan Herren, Roger Oltramare and Prof. Dr. iur. Martin Eggl provided rare insights into the von Graffenried family history, and elaborated from different angles (personal / economic / legal) on the opportunities and challenges a traditional family business is facing over time, and in particular when it comes to wealth management and succession planning.
They demonstrated how, by “keeping it simple” and nurturing a culture of trust and constant, open and honest conversation, the family successfully manages to maintain, strengthen, and transmit their core values over generations, whilst achieving steady growth.
