The Institute for Law and Economics of the University of St.Gallen, in partnership with SDA Bocconi School of Management, has launched the International Board Program 2024 (IBP).

This brand-new educational program is tailor-made for board of directors, senior executives, and key (family) shareholders of international privately-owned corporations. Given the growing trend around professionalizing the directorship role, it is the ideal occasion for directors to pursue continuous education by updating and enhancing governance, management oversight, and leadership skills.

The IBP takes place over four full days with classroom lessons for a total of 16 modules. In order to provide the utmost international experience to participants, out of the four days, the first two will be held at SDA Bocconi Milan (Italy) and the other two at University of St.Gallen (Switzerland).
