It was a great pleasure to welcome Priscilla de Moustier, Chairman and CEO of Wendel Group and Vice-Chairman of FBN France, and representative of the 9th generation of the Wendel entrepreneurial family, for an interactive and instructive discussion at Cercle de la Terrasse. Ms de Moustier not only shared her extensive and long experience of managing a large and highly diversified family shareholding with our FBN members, but also talked about the importance of institutionalising mechanisms for actively listening to members of the entrepreneurial family, regardless of their shareholding power. She also explained how to establish a strategic approach in order to define a shared family and asset vision and identify talent within the family.
