This event brings together the now generation of family business leaders from around the world to address the unique challenges of managing and evolving multigenerational enterprises. 

Within FBN, Now Gens are business leaders between 35 and 55 years old that share a common responsibility for their family & businesses.

• Are a leader within the family business, responsible and accountable for both the family and the business, though may not yet have full decision-making authority.
