Conflicts in business families are normal – but often go unspoken. Different roles, expectations and points of view clash with personal relationships and entrepreneurial responsibility.

This practical workshop invites you to deepen your own understanding of conflicts, to reflect openly on sensitive issues and to familiarise yourself with specific tools for dealing constructively with them in a family context.

We look forward to a dynamic exchange led by Franziska Müller Tiberini, President of the Swiss Mediation Association (FSM) and founder of familienunternehmen.ch.
