Family governance is a dynamic and ongoing process that presents entrepreneurial families with a range of challenges, particularly during succession and generational transitions.

As part of the FBN Academy, FBN Switzerland is hosting a workshop focused on the fundamentals of family governance and a practical methodology for developing a family charter. The session aims to deepen understanding of governance structures and support families in managing succession processes effectively.
