Introduction to Family Governance and Developing a Family Charter

Establishing and maintaining effective family governance is an ongoing process that presents entrepreneurial families with multiple challenges, particularly regarding succession and long-term continuity.

As part of the FBN Academy, FBN Switzerland offers a hands-on workshop focused on the key principles of family governance and a structured approach to developing a family charter. The workshop aims to strengthen understanding of governance mechanisms, deepen practical knowledge, and support families in addressing succession-related challenges.

The workshop will be facilitated by Marie-Christine von Pezold, Managing Director of FBN Switzerland and independent advisor specialising in family governance and strategic succession planning.
