We are pleased to invite you to a workshop followed by a discussion with Charles Peugeot, Managing Director of ‘Établissements Peugeot Frères’ and representative of the 9th generation.

During this workshop, François Reyntens and Antonio Maturo, both consultants at Spencer Stuart, will discuss the methods available to families to assess the next generation and how to prepare them technically and humanely to become responsible stewards at the service of their family and their business. Charles Peugeot will share his experience of implementing training and selection processes to identify the best candidates for these key roles in his family.

The workshop will be followed by an open discussion in which Charles Peugeot will share how the holding company, under the leadership of its Council and the various family bodies, has helped to restore meaning to the family’s activities following the reorganisation of its historical shareholding. He will also explain its structure, its governance and its current functioning.
