During this conference, Ms Priscilla de Moustier, Chairman and CEO of Wendel Group and Vice-President of FBN France, and representative of the 9th generation of the Wendel entrepreneurial family, will share her extensive and long experience of managing a large and highly diversified family shareholding.

Among other topics, Ms de Moustier will talk about the importance of institutionalising mechanisms for actively listening to members of the entrepreneurial family, regardless of their shareholding power. She will talk about how to establish a strategic approach in order to define a shared family and asset vision and identify talent within the family.
