In this interactive FBN Academy workshop, moderated by Dr. Marco Tremonte, PwC Switzerland. we will explore how business valuation in family-owned companies can be approached in a practical, constructive and conflict-conscious way. Topics include the business model, planning assumptions, valuation methods, key value drivers and the role of a well-designed shareholders’ agreement.
