On 11 May, we are pleased to invite you to a new FBN Academy workshop in Zurich dedicated to the role and evolution of the board in family businesses.

The workshop will explore key governance and succession questions: how a board evolves alongside the company, what role family members can play on the board, and how both the Next Generation and the board can best prepare for future responsibilities.

The session will be led by Prof. Dr Harry Korine (Swiss Board School & London Business School) and Prof. Dr Michael Hilb (Swiss Board School), two recognised experts in governance, board work and succession in family businesses.
