As the largest network of Swiss family businesses, we bring families together and help them achieve success for generations.

Why join FBN?

We are the Swiss chapter of the world’s largest independent organisation for family businesses and entrepreneurial families: locally grounded and globally connected.

We offer family businesses a trustworthy platform for peer-to-peer interaction, knowledge transfer and networking across generations and national borders.

We deliver first-hand examples of corporate and family governance solutions, input from experts and the research community to keep up to date with the most recent developments in family entrepreneurship.

«FBN is uniquely all about Family and Business. In dialogue from within and between families we share and develop valuable experiences, values and strategic views.»

Jobst WagnerVice President, Rehau Group, 2nd generation

«FBN Switzerland is a fantastic place to share best practices and experiences between members who also have a family business. The meetings allow us to build relationships with people who share the common values of a long-term vision.»

Carole HübscherPresident, Caran d’Ache, 4th generation

«FBN is the optimal platform for the diverse exchange of experiences among members of family businesses. By families, for families.»

Nicolas StämpfliMember of the Board, Weinkellerei Stämpfli AG, 4th generation

«The FBN is a true community of family businesses that allows to develop and strengthen relationships. We learn both within the family and through exchange with other members of business families. The exchange is based on shared values such as trust, respect and long-term vision and takes place - locally and internationally - in a stimulating environment.»
